The notion that one is better than the other to me is a pointless argument It’s like arguing for one religion. Both Scrum and Kanban can work very well, but it will always depend on the scenario. It frustrates me how much time and energy the development community spends debating this and similar topics. Use what is most appropriate for your situation. I have helped organizations use both very successfully even within the same organizational group.
