Sprint Planner v1.2 Now Available
The latest version of the Sprint Planner has been published on the Agile Creatives Tools page. Three new features have been added that should make the tool even easier to use
Team Member Support Allocation
A On Support checkbox has been added that allows you to designate team members as being on support for the sprint. When designated as On Support none of their time will be allocated to the team’s sprint capacity. The previous % allocations for tech debt, admin, and risks are still available.
Account For Existing Subtasks
When choosing issues with existing subtasks the subtasks will now be loaded into the spreadsheet. Previous versions did not load existing subtasks
Capacity Remaining Hours and Remaining %
The number of remaining hours and remaining capacity % have been added. Columns A and B are also frozen to make it easy to see the change in remaining capacity as you add issues and their related subtasks
