Michael, the reason you are getting that error is likely because you do not have any of your issue types mapped to the Service category in your Issue Types Configurations

Because the charts reference all 5 categories(Service, Development, Approvals, Defects, and Other) you need to have at least one issue type mapped to each of the categories. If you are not using an issue type that maps to one of them you can just make up an issue type and map it to that category. It will not cause a problem.

I am glad you are getting value out of the LAD and I am happy to help. I would love to hear any feedback you may have to improve it.
