@lawl.boni, I was able to stand up a Jira Cloud instance this weekend and tracked down the problem. I corrected the problem in the the posted version of the EJQT so you should be set to go. When you run the Refresh Fields option you may need to fill in the Format and Type Category if there are new Types that are added when the refresh runs. You should be able to tell what to fill in from the existing types. I realized I never added any documentation around the refresh. I will add it in the next few days.
