If you are seeing negative status times in any of your queries it is most likely due to the fact that you are using Jira Cloud. It turns out that Jira Cloud returns the issue history in descending date order rather than ascending date order like Jira Server. This causes an problem in the calculation of status times.

I have added a configuration option to the Enhanced Jira Query Tool under the App Configurations that will allow you to configure it for either Jira Cloud or Jira Server. The status times logic has been updated to account for the differences in the server types. The documentation has been updated accordingly.
