I loved your line about dogma and could not agree more. That said I think a number your scenarios are examples of doing Scrum incorrectly. For instance Scrum is not about doing things as fast as possible at the expense of quality and creativity. There is always a balance that must be struck. Mature Scrum teams understand that a sustainable pace must maintain their standards and fast cycle times are only meaningful if they are supporting the desired outcomes the business is seeking.
