For My Fellow Golf Nuts

I am a die hard golfer and have been my entire adult life. My golf buddies and I are competitive to a fault. It is not just about who wins, but who has the best stats. I created this Google Sheet to make it easy for us to track our scoring statistics and thought I would share it with those of your are also passionate about golf and rubbing your success in your cohort’s face!

Overview

The Golf Stats Dashboard allows you to track scoring statistics for any number of golfers and any number of courses. It is not bound by an individual season allowing you to see your progress over time. The dashboard contains 5 sheets:

• Player Comparison- Compares the scoring stats of all players in the spreadsheet side by side
• Individual Player Dashboard- Provides a detailed scoring profile for a selected player based on selected courses, tees, score type, and year
• Scores- This sheet is where individual scores are entered
• Courses- This sheet is where course information is entered such as tees, yardage, hole par, hole index, etc.
• DV Lookups- This sheet contains the lists used for various data validations like players, courses, tees, etc.

Below is a description of each of the 5 sheets contained in the spreadsheet which should give you a very good understanding of how to use it. The linked version is read only so you will need to make your own copy.
