Are you sure you made a new copy? I just looked and the current version has no library references in it. The menu appears as designed. You can check your copy for the library by choosing the Libraries option under the Resources menu in the Script Editor. If that NYTAgileTools library reference still exists just delete it, save, and you should be all set
